If you’ve forgotten your password, simply navigate to the Appoyo login screen and click the "Forgot Password?" link below the login button. Enter the email address associated with your Appoyo account, and we will send you a secure link to create a new password. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
Yes, data security and privacy are our top priorities. Appoyo utilizes enterprise-grade encryption to protect your sensitive information. All data is securely hosted on Australian servers to ensure strict compliance with Australian data sovereignty laws, the Privacy Act, and NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
Invoices can be generated seamlessly once a shift is completed and the timesheet is approved.
- Navigate to the Billing & Invoicing tab in your dashboard.
- Select the relevant date range and client(s).
- Appoyo will automatically pull the completed shift data, align it with the correct NDIS line items, and generate the invoice. You can then download the invoice as a PDF, export it for a PRODA bulk claim, or sync it directly to your connected accounting software (like Xero or MYOB).
You can view all staff availability directly within the Rostering module. When building a roster, the system will visually flag staff who are on approved leave or marked as unavailable. For a broader overview, navigate to the Human Resources > Leave Management section, where you can view a centralized calendar of all pending and approved leave requests across your entire team.
Absolutely. We know that transitioning to a new system can be daunting, so we've made onboarding simple. You can bulk upload your existing client and employee profiles using our standard CSV templates. Just go to Settings > Data Import, download the template, fill in your records, and upload the file. If you need assistance during the migration, our support team is happy to help!
