Thisura Silva is an Associate QA with 1.5 years of experience at Appoyo. He has tested every part of the platform, from its start as RomeoHR to its current state as a complete 4-in-1 care management system for NDIS and Aged Care providers. By carefully testing the HR, Care Management, Incident Management, and Payroll modules, he makes sure that Appoyo's tools and AI features work smoothly for all users.

Currently, Thisura is in his final year of a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Systems at the University of Westminster (IIT). His studies connect business with technology, giving him a strong background in business analysis and requirements gathering. Throughout his academic projects, he has gained practical experience turning complex business needs into clear, practical solutions. He also holds a certification in Business Analysis, which strengthens his ability to understand and solve business problems effectively.

A natural leader and strong communicator, Thisura is an adaptable team player who excels at critical thinking. Outside of work, he is a former member of the Cricket Academy of Negombo (CAN) and the Science Society at St. Peter's College. In his free time, he likes to stay active with sports.
